There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet (full maturity), and aggressive breeds are prohibited. All pets must be screened and approved through PetScreening.com and renewed annually. Community fee of $170/month includes Internet / Grounds Maintenance / Pest Control / Trash Pickup.
